Support Services - Audience Response System
CCC TechConnect can provide audience response keypads during your presentation at a Conference for participants to respond to your questions. Participants can vote and change their response as many times as necessary until your polling closes for that slide. The participants’ last response is recorded and tallied. The results will be displayed in the following slide. Once you complete your presentation you may save your session and polling responses to share later.
We can provide a short introduction to your audience on how to use the keypads before your presentation begins. We do provide you with information about the audience response voting tool application and keypad, a link to download the software, and links to self-help information. Please contact me if this is your first time using the voting tool or if at any time you need assistance or any additional information.
The audience response keypads we provide are the ResponseCard RF, a product of Turning Technologies. The keypads are a quarter inch thick and the size of a California Driver’s License. The keypad is alphanumeric with 0 – 9 and A – J.
