Yes, you can embed videos and playlists from 3C Media Solutions (TechConnect Cloud) directly into your LMS. Embed links are provided from within your 3C account. Https is supported as well.

We now support custom thumbnail images for videos, and custom posters for uploaded videos (non-YouTube).

• Thumbnails size should be 120x90.
• Poster size should be 640x350.
• Uploaded images will be automatically resized.

The DECT Captioning Grant offers funding to faculty, staff, and administrators of the CCC's for captioning of educational media. 3C Media Solutions (TechConnect Cloud) is in partnership with DECT  and provides the service thru the 3C Media Solutions’ (TechConnect Cloud) website. To request captions for your video or audio file thru 3C Media Solutions (TechConnect Cloud), simply follow these steps:

• From your "My Media" tab, click the "Details & Options" link to the right of the media you want captions for
• Under "Tools", click on "Submit the Media for Captioning"
• Fill out and submit the form

Once created, (usually within 5 working days, depending on length), the caption file will automatically be added to your media and placed in your 3C Media Solutions’ (TechConnect Cloud) account. A message will appear on your account page when the request has been completed. Please check your account for availability.

Please note: Due to funding restrictions, we can no longer support captioning of YouTube videos other than those under our account that originated on CCC Confer. In order to submit for captions thru 3C Media Solutions (TechConnect Cloud), you will need to be the owner of the media, upload the media to your 3C account and then request captions.
