Instruction & Outreach Librarians from East Los Angeles College discuss their library's formation and evolution of a robust community college internship program for MLIS students. Overview on how they recruit interns, what interns do, how the program is scaffolded, and the importance of whole-person mentoring for early-career librarians, especially for those who identify as people of color.
