HSS Equity Speakers Series - Dean Karelyn Hoover

This is the first of a series of talks where administration, faculty, staff, and students come together as a community to broaden our awareness of equity issues and develop action plans that we each can use to enact change against racism. Dean Karelyn Hoover was asked to be our first speaker because this series is aimed at the Humanities & Social Sciences division. As our dean, it seemed appropriate that she lead the way to show vulnerability in admitting the inequities that exist in our division.
