"Using Stackable Certificates to Improve Completions"

Students are often hired before they can complete degrees or even complete some of our higher credit hour certificates. This counts as a failure with respect to completings, and it leaves the student without a completed credential. Stackable certificates are an approach to converting the student's work into a completion for the college and a lasting credential for the student.
