Elisa Webb of Ohlone College discusses her struggles as an online instructor. She had trouble connecting with students, developing effective online discussions, and administering online classes effectively. She tried several things, most importantly, taking classes with the @ONE Online Teacher Certification program. Here she describes seven things she learned to do that improved her online teaching.
