Dr. Monica Rothschild-Boros teaches Art Appreciation, Cultural Anthropology, and Nonverbal Behavior and Communication both online and in face-to-face classrooms. She uses examples in this presentation to demonstrate how changing perspective can help engage students. She embeds lecture questions, discusses board topics, and uses her passions (food, art, off-beat news stories) to create assignments. Multiple examples of these are provided.
