Cypress College's Kwanzaa program for 2012 was the 8th annual celebration of family, community, and culture. The event was held on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, in the Gym 2 foyer, from 3-5 p.m. Dr. Elaine S. N. Folayan, an English instructor at Cypress College, was the keynote speaker.
