This presentation discusses strategies for humanizing the online learning experience, examines research that shows how instructor-student relationships may improve the online success rates of Latino students in California Community Colleges, and shares how the iPath Project at CSU Channel Islands is supporting Latino transfer students with online learning facilitated by CI student mentors.
