The Center for Student Success Project was fully funded by Measure C funds. Measure C is a $350 million bond measure approved in March 2004 by registered voters living within the Riverside Community College District. Bond funds can be used for the acquisition, design, construction, renovation, and modernization of classroom buildings and other facilities on RCCD campuses or educational sites. Bond funds cannot be used for faculty, staff, or administrator salaries.
