Jacqui Cain of College of the Redwoods, presents for Online Teaching Conference 2012 about an Open Course Library Project in which partner colleges - Chabot College, Mercy College, and College of the Redwoods, used existing OER and collected data on curriculum effectiveness and savings for students.
