Academic Excellence: Legal Interpretation Program

The Legal Court Interpretation program at Laney College is proud to graduate the first cohort of students from this new program. Peralta General Counsel Thuy Thi Nguyen outlines the development of this program to help address the shortage of Certified Court Interpreters working in our Courts. The Legal Court Interpretation program prepares students for a career in Spanish interpretation in court and various legal environments.
