Riverside City College football defeats Los Angeles Harbor College, 31-7, as RCC scored 28 points in the second half to take the win.

RCC improves to 3-1 overall and 1-0 in the National Central Conference in the Southern California Football Association. Riverside heads to Long Beach City College on Sept. 29 at 1 p.m.
