The Distance Education Captioning & Transcription (DECT) grant aims to assist all California community colleges in facilitating captioning and transcription services for distance education and hybrid courses. The program is intended to aid CCC's in improving their capacity to serve their diverse student populations and to ensure the accessibility of aural information used in the delivery of distance education.
