California’s 115th Community College: Serving Adult Working Learners

In January 2018, Gov. Jerry Brown proposed $120 million create a fully online community college in California. The 115th college of the California Community Colleges will be a more accessible, affordable higher education option for working adults who need additional skills and training to advance in the workplace, but cannot access a traditional college campus.
