The Roots of Music Marching Crusaders performing at the 124th Annual Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on Tuesday, January 1st 2013. This youth band features 140 at-risk economically disadvantaged children ages 9-14, representing more than 40 schools in the Orleans Parish. This is the Marching Crusaders' first Rose Parade appearance and first event outside of Louisiana. Gotta love that little drum major!
