The All-Izumo Honor Green Band performing at the 124th Annual Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on Tuesday, January 1st 2013. This Honor Green Band is comprised of young musicians from four high schools in Izumo, Japan. This group is part of a larger Green Band Association, which was established in 1998.
